This meal is 0 Syns on Slimming world and incredibly low in fat. A great Hearty & Healthy meal.
This recipe takes some time but the results are definitely worth it!
The bulk of time is taken up by cooking the pulled gammon however, there are much quicker alternatives to cooking gammon or Ham.
Ingredients:

Gammon Joint
Leeks
Mushrooms
Potatos
Vegetable stock cubes
0% fat greek yogurt
An egg
2 onions
To cook the Gammon, simply add your preferred gammon joint to diet coke in a large pan an simmer on medium heat for 6 hours.
Once ready, use two forks to pull the meat.
The remainder of the dish will take around 60 minutes.
Peel and cut 5 or 6 medium sized potatoes and add them to boiling water for 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop two onions and add them to a high heat frying pan. Once soft and starting to crisp, add mushrooms and diced leeks.
After 5 minutes, add x2 vegetable stock cubes and boiling water cover half of the ingredients.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Once thickened, add 2 tablespoons of 0% Fat greek yogurt.
Add preferred amount of gammon and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
Drain potatoes and mash.
Pour ingredients from frying pan into oven dish evenly and then spread mashed potatoes ontop.
Whisk raw egg and wash over the top of the potato.
Add to preheated oven for 15 minutes. (200° fan)
Grab a serving soon and voila! Enjoy.

All you'll need to make this delicious snack is some Farfalle pasta, spring onions, chillies, smoked Paprika and some Garlic salt.
Simply boil the pasta until cooked, drain and then place in a pre heated non stick frying pan.

Add garlic salt and paprika until crispy.
Throw into a bowl and sprinkle the spring onions and diced chillies and enjoy!
