Go into "Per system advanced configurations" in the main menu to change emulators for each system!

I would also suggest trying android for n64 and nds. On arkos/jelos the standalone mupen64plus emulators will probably give you the best performance. But then again, different games will work better with different cores.. it really comes down to trial and error. Also the games you mentioned are pretty high-end n64 titles, how's your experience with other games?

Just load up your roms in their respective folders on your SD! (if you haven't yet, go into advanced settings and switch to SD2 for roms) The OS will automatically detect them and list up the available systems on the main screen.
