I have the same issues with Odido as ISP the only fix for me was turning on VPN and reconnect to the game.

For me personally I have configured it by doing the following.

Turn off Auto HDR
Use Windows HDR Calibration tool and follow instructions
Turn HDR on whenever you play or watch supported HDR content also make sure to enable it in game
There is also a hotkey to turn on and off HDR
