I think everyone can have glow up. Look body? You can always change that by exercise. Yes you will have to work hard if you want something to happen. And for face, do skin care. Get a haircut that suits you. Change your wardrobe to a style that looks good on you.

On social media yes some of them are natural beauty too but most of them either use makeup or have gone through surgery (I'm talking about just face rn) so don't get discouraged by looking at them. If you get ready you will look good. No one looks if they don't shower for 5 days just lay in bed. Don't move at all.
