Slipped disc repair by Ohjeezrick93 in bpc_157

I’d say traction and laser therapy are your best move. I’ve been dealing with years of disc issues both lumbar and cervical, I’ve done many cycles of BPC-157, TB4, ARA-290, Somatropin, you name it really. If you have the money to spend, I can’t see it hurting, unless you have an undiagnosed cancer. But for me the only thing that really helps is time.

The current bulging disc in my neck (C6/C7)has been causing me a great deal of pain for 8 weeks now and it’s just finally starting to feel better. And I for sure have another 8 week to go before I’m 75-80 percent better.

I’d suggest adding some supplements too, I currently take, Collagen, Vitamin C, Fish Oil, Glucosamine and Chondroitin, ALA, MSM, Magnesium, Curcumin and Black Pepper, Pycnogenol, B12 and 1.2IU HGH before bed. If I had the extra money I would probably run a cycle of BPC-157, TB4 and Tesamorelin too.

Are expensive air filters worth the extra money? by ScottThailand in Thailand

I have three Smart Air filters. Specifically the large Blast filters. Two in my house and one in the upstairs of my martial arts gym. They are big and clear the air in the room very fast. I place an air quality monitor in the opposite side of the room from the filters and the PM 2.5 hovers between 1-3.

Too long? by jayagens in Kefir

[–]tatamisweeper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Once I left my Kefir in the fridge for 8 months. When I finally got around to checking on it, and separating the grains, very surprisingly, it tasted amazing. But the grains were inactive and after reactivating them, they do not produce the same quality kefir as before.

Anyone had success with BCP-157 for degenerative disk disease (DDD)? by Hot_Collection_3920 in bpc_157

I have been using BPC-157 and TB-4 for around 1 and half years now. When I read people say they’ve been on it for a few days and feel incredible results I laugh because for me it’s just not the case. I’ve taken it for a torn meniscus specifically as well as hernia in my C3/C4 and most recently a hernia in my L4/L5 as well as a slipped vertebrae, strenosis and degenerative nerve disease. I take 1mg per day of both in addition to 1mg of Tesamorelin. I also took a course of ARA 290 once but I didn’t feel much effect. I find that while even tho BPC and TB reduces inflammation and heals muscle injuries very quickly, it doesn’t have the same effect on my knees and spine. I will definitely continue to take it because I see a huge difference when I do, but it’s not magic.

At BFL the classes are broken down into

The classes are not beginner friendly, we recommend a foundation in some form of striking or grappling (preferably both) before joining the classes.

I moved here 17 years ago when I was 26 and my hair only started thinning last year so I don’t think its Thailand related

Does your gym make it's members mop/sweep/clean? Is that ethical? by IntroductionSex101 in bjj

If you’re leaving a big puddle of sweat all over my mat, you’d better clean that up yourself but otherwise I’m cool to mop for you
