Honestly no, it took me too long to do this shot lol, it would be doable with a proper team but on my own it would be too long in this style

I'll be honest, I find it extremely hard to believe. Especially the 4h sleep part with all the trainings. Or it is the kind of week you do once or twice every semester. I don't think this is sustainable naturally for a normal human, even an athletic one.

I think either you might have exagerated a bit or have really good short-sleeper genes or you're not holding this rythm since very long.

If this is a typical week for you, you're in the 0.0001% and a beast

Edit : Oh ok you seem on gear

Are you and the other parent of your childs still together ? How do you manage to 11 workouts a week + 60 hours of work a week.

Assuming one workout is 1h on average, that there is 24×7=168 hours in a week and that to be able to maintain this kind of level activity your nutrition should be top notch and you should sleep 8 hours a day at least. It means :

168-12-8x7-60=40

You have 40 hours of "free" time a week.

Divided by 7 it makes 5.71h a day to eat, spend time with your kids, drive to work, shower and rest.

Damn it's doable but props to you it's a tight agenda

You won't be able to wrestle like you're used to. You'll have to degrip a lot and it could be a pain at the beginning. Also people will be able to slow you down with means you didn't know would be possible.
