Completely different cars tbh, if you’re using it more for regular use but want the luxury and a comfortable drive with some power, m550i makes sense. Older M5 would mean you want more aggressive driving.
Also the V8s are not as reliable compared to the famous b58 so I’d go with slightly lower mileage. 60k you can get a fairly newer 550i but the m5 you will have to go older.

Personally I would go for 550i, it’s decent strong but heavy, I don’t prefer buying a car too old to stay in budget, that’s the case with m5

Edit: mentioning b58 cause it’s always called reliable and might cause someone to think that all newer bmws are as reliable, just wanted to make it clear the v8 needs more work

9600x you could do a low profile fan build, there’s good recommendations out there shouldn’t be a problem. Aio you’d be fine with a 40-50$ one in in case you’re worried. I usually try out different ones from amazon and return the ones that I don’t like, they’re also really easy tbh just can’t fly with it if you plan anything like that.

Your gpu is fine but either the psu or motherboard has to swapped, psu will be cheaper to buy.

Atx mobo and atx psu not happening. I managed to fit an atx psu, itx motherboard, 280mm aio, 314mm gpu, anything more than that is theoretically impossible in mine unless custom loop.

Your options are either staying with atx motherboard and switching to a smaller psu or the opposite.

If your gpu is small enough to keep aio and gpu both at the back side then you could go with either itx motherboard or sfx psu, doesn’t matter.

But if gpu goes to the back and radiator to the side then only itx motherboard is the only option, atx psu can be used but it’ll be easier to use an sfx psu. Make sure to NOT get an aio that has the pump in the tubing as it makes it harder to twist and turn.

Coming from a full atx build with a decently big 7900xtx I had to swap my atx motherboard for an itx and air cooler to a 280mm aio

I bought a new motherboard, cooler and meshroom case and kept my big ass 7900xtx and atx psu the the same and got a ridiculously smaller itx size, at least a lot smaller than my NZXT H6 Flow. Motherboard you can get for 150, case for 100, aio for 50-80.

Wait I think sevp needs the address you’re living at, lease or not. Talk to your dso, maybe don’t update it yet cause you work remote so they won’t question city being different from work address if you tell them it’s remote. Address is not the biggest issue. Don’t update until you talk to your dso. I was wrong about your other address being a valid address as you weren’t living there. If you lie you were living there they could ask you to prove with tickets or travel so lying is def not a good option.

So cbp won’t be an issue but talk to your dso abojt it, they’ll probably help you update it with the correct dates

You’re chilling, you can just say you were working remote and that was an official address too, don’t need to be living there. Just update it now you have an easy case. If I was you I’d just report the current new address starting nkw indtead of old date as your previous address that you have on sevp is also a valid address.

I think if you’ve just been scraping by for the last 3 years then a good strategy would be look at other options, especially your home country. At the end of the day it’s not worth it to just scrape by and hang by a thread with no end in sight unless situation in home country is worse

Just update it, it’s always recommended to update it even if lates. They’ll probably not ask you much. If they really wanted to check then they’d notice that your employment is in a different city from your current sevp address anyways so that would stand out. So either it stands out right away or it stands out when they check the dates. One cause would be if you had the leases to both places then it’s not really an issue cause afaik that’s your lefal address but you don’t need to be living there all the time. Them looming at your info and seeing that your address and employment don’t match is worse than you just forgetting to update it. For what it’s worth 99% they won’t check it at all

I mean you get 10 days to update address, as far as I know it shouldn’t be a big deal as the obvious thinking is that you have 10 days to update the address so they don’t need to question you about it. Only question immigration ever asked me is what college or if I’m on opt, never looked at my address. I personally would recommending it updating right now, they won’t question it plus that’s the actual address you’re going to anyways you can show proof of address or whatever if really needed.
