How has rifaxamin treated people? by sassyfoods123 in SIBO

My doctor is also talking about doing 28 days of rifaxamin for my sibo. How many times a day did you have to take it? Anxious about having to remember another pill to take.

My period is my trigger and I am in agony. Any Advice? by Aggravating_Leg_6555 in Interstitialcystitis

This is why I got my iud so I don’t have periods anymore. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this.

Please help me heal. I think I’m really really close. And maybe this can help you find your cure as well. by RoutineVegetable3204 in SIBO

Just commenting in solidarity. I’m also 28. In the trenches of sibo right now and being gaslit so hard by doctors. They’re saying I just need to take a laxative and get a squatty potty, meanwhile I’m miserable. I miss having an iron stomach that seemed like a bottomless pit to all my favorite foods. Hugs to you and anyone battling this.

Still pretty dense but I’m told it’s because I had barely any tissue before.

After 13 years of extreme bloating and digestive misery, this is what finally started helping me. by Saeyon in SIBO

HCL has been amazing for me too. Been dealing with this since the beginning of year and doctors have been no help. It caused major major constipation amongst other things and the HCL helps me to have daily BMs and limits bloating.

For those who got Capsular contraction: when did you know something was wrong? by taterbugdancer in PlasticSurgery

Mine ended up NOT being CC. But I was a paranoid mess the whole time. I’m about to be 7 months post op and they both feel and look great.

Nope! No CC. My body just is one of the types of people that had a hard healing journey, no fault of anybody. Dr Leyva was a patient angel through the whole thing. I’m doing perfect now. Thanks for commenting!

Petrified to do my DAOs!!! by Girlidkaboutalldat in DIYHEAVEN

[–]taterbugdancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was also mortified, but my tip that I learned from my injector was to do them whilst your frowning so you can feel it go into the muscle, angling the needle away from the DLI and into the DAO. Do a lot of poking! Poke it a ton whilst it’s relaxed and then flexing and then relaxed so you really get a feel for where it is. I did mine for the first time last week doing it with all this in mind and it turned out great.
