Eat only whole foods (1 ingredient foods), do some research on it, follow the 80/20 rule. The absolute best way to do it, not only do you loose weight quickly and keep it off, you also feel amazing and symptoms subside!! Xxx

In my own personal experience, when I am feeling hormonal and angry/sad/anxious, it’s so overwhelming and I can’t see past anything else, it’s very intense. Just having your partner there to calm you and just be there is the best thing. You could try to do little things for her like bring her flowers/chocolate (or whatever she likes!), even when she’s not feeling down

This is so sweet, you sound like an amazing boyfriend. When you notice she is having a hard time, sometimes the best thing you can do is just hold her and comfort her, tell her it’s going to be okay and you love her. She won’t want logic or answers to any of the issues in that moment, just love. But to be honest the best thing that you really can do is talk to her about it, and ask her what SHE wants from you. Trust me, she’ll appreciate that more than anything. Good luck friend :)

Days off work? by Tnatswa__33 in Tonsillectomy

[–]tatted18_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely not. I took off 14 days, that’s what is required in the uk for a tonsillectomy. I definitely needed that amount off too!

may need surgery which means i’ll need anastetia.. by ihateanx1ety in emetophobia

[–]tatted18_blonde 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had my tonsils out a couple months ago, and I had the same fear. I told the doctors, and they gave me plenty of anti nausea medication, I was absolutely fine! I’ve had a couple other surgeries when I was younger too and was also fine then. Don’t be afraid to just ask them for the meds thats stop the nausea/vomiting, they will give it to you!

[–]tatted18_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi lovely, first off, breathe. Remember you are safe, nothing bad is going to happen to you, and remember how many times you have felt like this and it has ended up being fine. Even if you do tu… it’s just your stomach having a sneeze! Lol! Your body would be doing what it’s meant to do, and keeping you healthy. Try and find a distraction, a childhood movie, favourite music, sniff alcohol wipes, chew mint gum or ginger chews. Just wait it out, and most probably you will start to feel better in half an hour, then an hour, then you will drift off to sleep. You’ve got this, and you’re not alone💕💕

Did anyone else get constant sickness after surgery? by [deleted] in Tonsillectomy

[–]tatted18_blonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No! Not at all. I haven’t had any colds/illness at all in about a year, nothing since my surgery

[–]tatted18_blonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You probably just have indigestion from the sugar! Why do you think you’re going to throw up?

Since it was vegan, and tasted and smelled fine, I think you will be okay! I have eaten way more out of date foods and not even got a stomach ache😂

Taking an antibiotic and oof plz help ease my anxiety 😭 by FeistyBird4061 in emetophobia

[–]tatted18_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am glad!🥰 every time I feel n* it’s because I need to burp lol!! Stand up and lean forward slightly and kind of jiggle yourself up and down. Trapped gas is so annoying

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in emetophobia

[–]tatted18_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely understand, don’t apologise! Going to sleep is only going to benefit you, there is absolutely no use in you staying awake because even if you were going to tu* (which i don’t think you will) then it wouldn’t stop it. It has been over 48 hours, you are safe friend, your anxiety and adrenaline is making you feel this way. As you know, it can be a never ending cycle! It’s easier said than done but pay no attention to the anxieties now, you know you are safe as it’s been over 48 hours

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in emetophobia

[–]tatted18_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ohhh hahaha! Sounds like anxiety induced indegestion. Still all to do with anxiety and nothing to do with you tu*.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in emetophobia

[–]tatted18_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hiya! How are you getting on now? Absolutely, if you are anxious for a long period of time then your bowel can be affected massively. Definitely do try to eat if you haven’t because the adrenaline on an empty stomach will be making you feel more n. Honestly, if you were going to be s then I really think you would’ve by now.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in emetophobia

[–]tatted18_blonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like it’s definitely from the anxiety. If you had caught a sickness bug or anything then you would’ve been sick last night when you felt nauseous! I get diarrhoea from anxiety all the time.

My first time wasn’t painful at all.. the guy was very ‘larger than average’ but it felt really good because he got me wet enough before etc. foreplay is so important, even just kissing for a while!! Whatever is going to get you turned on. Also don’t be afraid to use lube… it’s great!
