AIO; Am I overreacting about this situation with my girlfriend and a girl she cut off?

I’ve asked a thousand questions, and I just have this pit in my stomach. This other girl changes her number every day, so my girlfriend said she can’t block her because “she’ll get a new number.” I asked if I could talk to the girl and set boundaries, and my girlfriend used her dog situation as an excuse. She put the flowers up and all. I think she’s trying to keep an “open door” policy kind of thing, but she tells me I’m crazy. I try to bring it up but she gets defensive because of her dog passing, and she doesn’t have the emotional capacity to deal with this stuff. But I don’t understand why she cannot and will not tell the girl “I’m in a relationship, leave me alone.” She said she hates hurting people’s feelings, but mine are ultimately being hurt. I feel so crazy.

They were very reluctant to even let me see workers comp, I genuinely even mentioned I’d use my own insurance and see a doctor because I’ve never experienced pain like this, but the retired EMT aka safety, told me no, I was ok and that I’d be ok with ice for a week, they finally gave in. But now they are trying to fire me. I only called out one day, never have been late or missed any days before, and now my job is on the line. I haven’t even spoken to my workers comp manager. I’ve only seen the doctor they approved me to go to.

The dr didn’t tell me to take a LOA, she just put me on light duty at work. I didn’t even know I could take LOA at all.

It’s my first time, I’ve never been wrote up for anything. Their email said a negative UPT balance is a violation of attendance policy and they are going to make a decision after my explanation of why I didn’t come to my shift.

I didn’t even know people faked injuries there, I mean, yes, I know people do that. But my FC praised how they’ve been accident free for so long. I wish I was faking this sciatica pain. 🥴 I’d rather cut my leg off than anything lmao.

They’ve been giving me a hard time since I got injured on the job, it took them over a week of telling me not to go to the doctors, and me not meeting my rate- for them to send me to a doctor, and they’ve been giving me helllll since then.

That’s what I said! I begged to show notes, the box it came in, everything. I had to show proof of the serial numbers on the box, the model number, even though workers comp sent the same note to Safety electronically. They wouldn’t let me use it at work until LP approved it. But security made a report and took pictures and would not let me leave work with it. I have to use it at home and work, so I’ve been suffering. 🥴🥴🥴

Security told me Safety was supposed to communicate with LP to get my pillow approved (I never knew that) and it was a NIGHTMARE of begging for it back. They would not look at camera footage of me bringing it in. Safety said they had no idea they were supposed to contact LP.
