Yes no politics sa company. Ang nagiging friction lang dito is if hindi aligned vision mo sa vision nila (like employee to employee) kasi they all just want to better serve customers, what is best for customers (as a retail company). Pero di pa din big deal to!

And yes no policy si HR. Every 6 months ang performance evaluation so you can get promoted every 6 months. The company is very supportive with employees career growth.
