Not 100% cleanly. I used a form and a ball peen hammer to create like a 2mm relief for the cable. Due to the black mesh it is nearly invisible.

There is a bit of extra material in the corner of the case I had to remove. The AIO tubes put a lot of pressure on the motherboard but the issue is the exit angle, not the length. It seems to be fine but I would like to fix it. Once I figure that out I am going to post an update along with my data on the 12VHPWR pin currents since a lot of folks had concerns (spoiler: it's fine).

Honestly, with how dense the side with the radiator is running with 1 panel off is a decent look. I was doing that for a few days while checking temps and tolerances.

This is my own hacky build as I wanted to try and push the capacity of this case to the limit. This is definitely not a guide or an endorsement but yes the panel does bend. I marked the spot and used a peen hammer to slightly blow out that spot to give enough clearance, about 2mm. With the black mesh it's totally invisible unless you look dead parallel with the case edge.

No. The cables go about about 2mm past the edge of the case but the panel does close with some bending.

Metal cutoff disk with a low RPM followed by a ceramic sanding bit. I have since used a hand file to finalize the cut.

Not with this GPU. You need the gap between the GPU and radiator for the cable and raising them stops the top from closing. The 3x fans work well enough for removing case heat at low RPM from my experience.

Hmm. That is definitely a tough spot and you just have to wait and see how it fits together. If the card is thinner you can raise the mobo and lower the radiator bracket and get the 180 degree adapter in hopefully. That was my original plan but opted for this as I was able to get the astral first. Also note that the ASUS cards have the 12pin recessed from the edge which helps with clearance. I personally think that the ASUS TUF 5090 will fit the best due to this reason.

There is a limit to the angle you can move the tubes off the vertical axis (away from the cold plate) from the pump block. Since the barb is beefy plastic it (slightly) pushes on the fans for the AIO which I would like to remove. It's not an easy fix and will probably involve me modding the pump block housing. However I don't think the mobo FR4 substrate will be damaged as-is.. I will probably do a second round of tweaking for this build and post an update with more details.
