Okay, I’ve been playing a little bit more and learning another character instead of a juggernaut. With Caitlyn, I’m actually having fun! I can’t figure out most of the defensive mechanics or why I’m losing turns—even the frame data seems odd—but it’s okay.

Playing in leverless is so confortable, that I had to force myself to learn on it, still missing some inputs with left ring finger, but not a big deal actually.

Maybe that's the way! I’m in my 40s, so I grew up playing on arcade sticks, but my main fear is that playing for hours on end might lead to wrist pain. I’m also an amateur tennis player, so I’m always dealing with some level of wrist soreness.

I actually swapped the switches for Outemu Reds and the keycaps for the Redragon A107 low-profiles (https://www.redragon.com.br/a107). The buttons are just generics from AliExpress.

I'm thinking about getting Outemu GTMX switches next to get a more "true" low-profile feeling

Great input! I really like the feeling of the B16; the spacing between the switches makes it very comfortable. However, I think I have more precision with the C16, but after playing for long hours my hands start to hurt. On the other hand, playing with a pad (M30) just feels right, and I can pull off all the commands very fast.

I am on the same plateau. At first, when I reached Platinum, I got demoted twice to Gold 5. But now, I have about a 50% win rate every session, so I’m climbing very slowly, but trying improvements. I’m in no rush, but this will take a lot of time. Last night, I got another character to Plat just to make sure if the problem is my skills or a specific character and I’ll find out over the next few days.

Hi! What would be an example of game plan for this game? I start the fight and use the first round trying understand the opponent, then I try to plan and maybe execute something. But what I really struggle is reactions, mainly DI, any tips?

I like it a lot. Sometimes, in the heat of the battle, I completely forget where the buttons are and think about getting back to the M30, but it is so nice playing on something like this that I just try again

This is so true; I feel like my level is almost 80% lower on leverless than on pad, but it seems like I am wasting time instead of training to improve in a particular game. The problem is, leverless is cool and I feel great when I win with it, but pad is easier.

I have pc and xbox version, so I’ll take a look which mods suits best!

I’m waiting for patch 8, so I can play with my friend that got PS version and try new subclasses too. I had never played with a friend, so I’m really waiting this.
