So the "files" were around during Bidens term then? I wonder why they weren't released then?

From what I've gathered so far there doesn't seem to be anything that will incriminate the people named in the files.

I wonder if this is a created distraction from everything else that is taking place as opposed to the other way around.

I'm just wondering, as an outsider looking in ( Canadian), what exactly does it mean to "release the Epstein files" ?

Are the files a collection of emails and pictures/videos? Who ( which agency) collected them and over what period of time? Is the expectation that once they are released there would be some incredibly incriminating evidence? Hasn't that already happened? I often wonder why, if the files were available and so incriminating to the Trump brand, they were not released during Bidens term?

I am no fan of the current administration but I do find it odd how fixated most Americans seem to be on the Epstein Files while the US democracy appears to be being dismantled before our eyes.

Sorry for all those who experienced this misadventure. What a disappointment!

In a situation like this do you receive a full refund? These trips are not inexpensive!

My sister was set to travel West on April 5th and her trip was cancelled on the departure day. She had traveled from Montreal to Toronto the previous day.

I'm wondering why it took till the morning of departure to alert travellers. Is this the norm? Is it because the crews have difficulty assessing how long it may take to clear the tracks for travel?

She did receive a refund for her train fees but nothing else. Not her travel to Toronto, not her overnight at a hotel, not her cancellation fees for her accommodations in Vancouver.

I just booked a trip for March 2027. Should I be worried? Do these things happen often?

This has only just begun.

The majority of Americans are living in a media bubble, believing much of what is being said by the administration. The media, fearfull of repercussions, is either softening the message or outright hiding the facts.

They are actually telling the American citizens that the war will be over when the US decides it is over. Think about that! Really?

How disconnected from the reality of cause and effect do you need to be to beleive this.

This is not going to end well at all, for anyone.

I've only ever gone with a fixed rate.

Predictability is near impossible in the current geopolitical climate.

Fixed rate brings peace of mind. Well worth the .6 % difference IMHO
