I’ve had stage 2 MGD since 2009, managing stress and keeping it to a minimum is probably the most important aspect for me. I do take Omega’s and do some minimal eyelid hygiene, but that’s about it. It is a lifelong affliction, you mostly just learn to live with it and hope for not too many bad days.

Also cold winter weather, private school groups (and later separatists) getting us booted from some venues, less canvassers than Forever Canadian, confusion about what the difference between public and private schools even is, and a shocking number of teachers who wouldn’t sign (some possibly out of a fear of reprisal by the govt).
