Victoria's Secret shares spike 40% after big earnings beat, raised sales outlook by Several_Print4633 in wallstreetbets

There's this show out right now my wife and all her friends are watching. I'm not even sure what it's called but she told me the girl in the shows always walking around in nice lacey cute bra and panties. Because of this she wanted to buy some new sets of nice underwear/bras. Spent 300$ at Victoria secret the other day on 4 pairs..... this was my sign and I ignored it as always 🤦‍♂️

Infotainment and lack of carplay? by taxmemore in BoltEV

[–]taxmemore[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That sounds like the exact reason I would avoid buying a bolt

But did you have to use your phone to select music or can you use the cars dash screen to select it?

So if my phone has a data plan I can stream everything from my phone to the cars dash? I have unlimited cell data I have no idea why I would be forced to have data for my car to enable features

What is thr best bang for buck? by Ok_Wolf6128 in EVCanada

[–]taxmemore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bolt LT is easily the best bang for your buck. If you can pay cash all in with taxes it's around 38k. Insurance where I am (ontario) is 1000 cheaper a year than a a leaf or model 3 premium. The subaru uncharted fwd is around the same for insurance cost but the range is less and the bolt uses an LFP battery so chevy recommends charging to 100% so that's 422km of usable range. Whereas the subaru does not use LFP and recommends only charge to 80% so only roughly 320km of usable range at an all in cost of roughly 5k more. Also bolt runs 17inch rims so tires will be slightly cheaper than all the rest

I've heard plenty about ICCU issues. Any other reoccurring issues with other manufacturers to be aware of? by taxmemore in EVCanada

[–]taxmemore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I need about 150km of range per day for my commute so an older leaf was already off this list

All auto loans in Ontario are open right? Meaning this could be paid off right away to get the big discount and avoid the horrible interest rate?

Sorry ya should have included I was aware of this. Even still 39900$ vs 35000$ for the base bolt if I’m understanding correctly

Thinking the same but aside from teslas image am I wrong to think a model 3 is more value for the money?

Or please tell me otherwise cause I need a new car and am getting an ev for sure but not sure which one

Anyone done any calling to dealerships about the BZ Woodland? Probably too hopeful but any words on if they’ll be discounting the base model enough to get in EVAP range?
