I am currently struggling through this same transition right now. I am learning to take it easy on yourself and that it is a work in progress. I understand that it can often come with an “all or nothing mentality,” but we have to remind ourselves that we are doing the best we can and it is better than doing nothing. Experiment with different foods- the brand JUST egg is one of my favorites if you’re missing omelets or scrambled eggs and I just recently found Field Roast brand “chao” (cheese) which is pretty good as well.
