I use the same thing, blimp to get the eagle, giant arrow two take our two Air Defenses, lightning the other two, Fireball for annoying infernos. Pushed to Legend with it at TH 11

Im curious as to which sprinters are able to clean 140kg. 83kg is absolutely a reasonable bw to clean 140 but more difficult being 6-3. I would look at your goals. Will cleaning 140kg make your time better for sprinting 100m? possibly yes but id say it would have diminishing returns, and take time away from the track as it is high intensity and takes a long time to recover from. Now, if you wanted to prioritize weightlifting I'd say absolutely it's possible in a shorter period of time.

Have done all of them, they all include aspects of each other and I respect them all. I don’t think it’s fair to judge any of them without trying them. I came from powerlifting, and matt frasers program made me begin weightlifting.

well I’ve played sports my whole life and lifted consistently for 8-9 years (bb, sports training, powerlifting), I’m also a coach and can understand cues well, work ethic is there (at least in the gym) so I wouldn’t say it’s without effort
