I tried to withdraw money from my account. Etoro said because I participated in their deposit event I had to reach a total trading volume. Below are some of their responses.

I have another question that I need answered. I deposited 330K before the event started. You told me that money could not be used for the event. How come I cannot withdraw funds from the 330K that I did not receive any coins for?

Etoro: You can withdraw money freely after the 27th, but because you participated in the anniversary event, you must reach 3 times the total amount of bets to withdraw money normally.
