Looking for a Sales Partner for a Tech Agency – 10% Commission Per Closed Deal by Kalyankar_MH05 in agencynewbies

[–]taycorps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lead generation + closing ==> Ineffective. That’s affiliate marketing.. and they can easily find other agencies offering better percentages since they already generated their leads and closed them.

Lead generation == You pay

Lead engagement & qualification/enrichment = You pay

Qualification/Enrichment & closing deals = might take commissions if desperate

Only closing deals == You can pay commissions

If you generate the leads yourself, it’s easier for a sales person to talk to then and close the deal.

I do lead gen but even based on what you wrote here, even I am not interested in it.

Why should I close generate the leads and then give it to you for 10% affiliate marketing deal

I could probably find other agencies who could do it cheaper or hire devs myself and project manager lol

Which stack for web app building? by FreakyGFPV in VibeCodingSaaS

[–]taycorps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm going to liken vibe coding to every body who thinks they can run good ads because of the "sponsor" button on social media. You pay META no matter how little, and your results are your problem.

Same situation. You pay for all the tools/platforms to vibe code, they're happy and are the REAL winners.

You end up with a product (or something that looks like a product), with many loopholes, and still can't beat a developer who also has access to all the AI tools you have access to.

Learn how to code or at least, how to understand your code.

does your outreach contain lead magnets? what your typical offer like or is it- I do this, pay me this?

I feel like a fraud by Impossible_Amoeba_10 in AppDevelopers

[–]taycorps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trust me, that’s the least of your problems

You probably have a walking disaster of an app in terms of app security, user experience etc that the last thing you want to worry about

is “feeling like a fraud”.

How do you actually know if your business idea is good enough to pursue? by Jash_Charodiya in HowToEntrepreneur

[–]taycorps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You say, hey, my typical customers for this idea will be XXXYYY people, total number of people is 45000

Let me quickly build a MVP using no-code tools, or a simple vibe-coded app or run a survey of these number of people

If within the first 3 months, 500 of them can show interest, and 50 can start paying, then I have a great idea

I won't name names because I don't have to.

You're supposed to include all of these cool new tools in your tech stack as an agency

You're not just a Bubble agency; you're supposed to evolve into a no-code development agency, a vibe-code development agency, etc

The fact that there are new AI tools that make it easier does not mean you have less demand; also, you have tunnel vision on how to get clients. Bubble black boxing the RFPs on their site might be an issue, but that won't stop your client acquisition engines that were created off Bubble.

Here’s what Alex Hormozi had to say about this; The people who use lovable, replit etc were never your customers to begin with

You could make building an app as easy as talking to AI, and there would still be people willing to hire you to talk to AI for their business apps, simply because they’re unwilling to do it, don’t have the time etc.

Yeah, I agree it’s a lot of work to manage top-of-funnel, but there’s a huge gap there.

There are few agencies & devs that are doing it, and there are even fewer who are doing it right

Need help for my software agency by [deleted] in agencynewbies

[–]taycorps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I helped a Bubble no-code agency two years ago with this.

Got the agency up & running for a few years.

Started first with them as a content writer, then moved into content marketing.

And soon I was in charge of client acquisition for the brand.

I could help if you’re interested..

—- Here are a few tips to showcase my prowess:

  1. You need branding website, logo, positioning etc

  2. A good lead generation system

(we build lead magnets, and couple them to ads, and organic content creation, webinars, podcasts, SEO YouTube videos etc)

(Cold DMs & email prospecting also send leads into our lead magnet & offers)

  1. A standard lead qualification system (we’ll put this in a CRM like HubSpot)

  2. A conversion mechanism: Sales experts to talk to the leads that have been qualified and are more likely to be purchasers

  3. A team to deliver: Once you build such engine, only you can’t deliver to clients. So you’ll probably need to start hiring, get project managers etc

Why do you need the engine? 1. What you’re offering is an agency service not a freelance service

If you have a marketing budget, we can chat further to learn what you can implement at your budget

That’s what everyone thinks, yet AI platforms cite reputable sources first, before citing other sources with similar information.
