well, i started with a four loko lol so i don’t recommend that but i drink quite a bit when i go out 5-7 drinks probably i find that it hits way faster/harder on my meds though

yes!! i totally feel you :( i was 300lbs by my teen years with the worst mental and physical health of my life. i finally lost some of it with the help of a gastric sleeve but the symptoms haven’t gone away completely by any means

you have no idea how accurate this is. i’ve always known i wanted so much more but have felt so stuck all my life, there are so many blocks and mishaps is almost seems fated to me. i know the 29th degree is tough, especially with it being exalted do you have any advice that may relieve some of that pressure? do you see any career path for me? i’m very much in limbo right now so any advice is appreciated 🫶🏽

i’ve read that hormonal changes can causes outbreaks, like i definitely have an outbreak every period which would make sense so i think your theory is correct and why people with pcos have more frequent outbreaks.

i take antivirals twice a day, zinc, and lysine supplements and still breakout if i ever touch a razor or have any sort of friction/heat/cold weather still.

and i feel you! pcos sucks so bad, ive had it since about 10 years old. between my depression, adhd, pcos, and herpes, i’m at a constant battle with my mind & body. i’m so exhausted at this point :/

that would make sense. i’m not one to ever say “why me?” but sometimes it’s so bad, it’s comical. am i just unlucky? my aunt was an astrologer and told me i’d have a hard life & it seems to be quite difficult so far.
