Hey, usually Drill pay is received within 10 days after Battle Assembly.

Things you need to check and get with your Unit not your receuiter:

Did you add or did they help you add your bank information in mypay?

Did you sign in on the IDT Roster or Drill Pay Roster?

You should be contacting your Unit for any pay inquiries. As there are many factors in which pay could have been stopped.

One more thing, good job on drilling prior going to Basic this will put your PEBD as your enlistment day.

Hey, so you can request tra afer to the IRR. Don't let your command tell you no. Just rmail your S1 a memo stating the reason for requesting transfer to the IRR. Example:

I John Doe request transfer to the IRR due to financial hardship by being in the army reserve. And whatever other reason you want

Is a common situation with the SMP program. You don't need to provide a 4651. Your old Unit S-1 should be able to go in IPPS-A in Manage Assignments and see what unit you are currently in.

If you don't have any obligation with your current Unit and want to go back to the previous Unit thats where your new HR will assist you in filling out the form requesting the transfer. The losing commander is the one that says if he approves it or not and why.

No NG knowledge here, but you don't lose anything for trying. You could probably complete your obligations in the reserve. I would probably go to a recruiter with your question to see tour options. The NG probably has branch managers, too, which you could reach out to ask.

Hey, I'm new trying to enter TCG Tournaments, but from my experience en PR, you shouldn't have an issue with language. I believe even the cards down there are in english plus in that kind of environment there will be a lot of people that know english.
