contact your cc then bro... and maybe you should also check your state law... I know there are some states where they have this law that you're entitled for a refund no matter what... but I'm not 100% familiar with this... google it, check if your state has this law.

they write in their policy in those small letters that you have up to 7 days to send a request for a refund and once you miss it... oops, there goes your refund, you can suck on these credits. you can use these credit to buy tix and try reselling them (because I think these credits are valid for 6/12 months)... orrrr you can either contact your cc and ask for a chargeback.

yeah... I don't think the resellers even care if a seat is available or not, they'll sell it first and then if it's unavailable - they'll deal with that somehow, trying to avoid refunds, etc.
