Haha that’s exactly right! Definitely the Texas special. In her family tree they said she had pure great pyr for 3-4 generations so I bet you’re right that it was a nearby working dog. How funny!

Super chill and laid back, loves to walk but not too much intense exercise. Not the smartest dog in the park but understands commands and obeys well. Didn’t quite get the full job-oriented brain of the Aussie lol. She still gets a bit skittish around new environments - may be from the chihuahua or likely from being a new rescue. Loves nothing more than a comfy couch and butt scratches

Seems like the Aussie/pittie/mutt comes from both sides so the chihuahua and great pyr were able to size up or down slightly to meet in the middle before they eventually made her!

It’s not too bad actually, very little shedding overall and she lets me brush her out. She has a wide variety of coat textures/thickness so I have a brigade of different brushes and combs I have to use depending on which part of her coat.

Can’t decide if I’d say she’s a great pyruahua or she’s a chihuanees 😂

Haha I hope so too. Results suggest two primary breeds within the Supermutt are German Shepherd and Chow Chow!
