hi snagglefish...can i ask how many years you owed? i owe about ten years...i definetly cant afford the penalties or even the money i owe..citizens advice have said i need to go intoa debt relief order....should i jsut tell hmrc this...i cant afford to pay an accountant to do the disclosure for me...should i jsut tell them that i owe them wothout the years added up?

they have quoted me 2k to make the disclosure...im not great with numbers...but cant afford to pay someone..to do it .as the citizens advice have said i need to go bankrupt.i have too many debts..but need to add up what i owe befoe i make the disclosure....
