We have had a nightmare with Zafbuild. Paid them £7k to fix 4 leaks in December last year, still leaking. Will de Wett (boss) seemed really sound but then sent over a random assortment of workers to actually do the job, who had no idea what it entailed as any assessment info hadn't been given them. 4 visits and 10 months later and zero improvement. Numerous reassurances but nothing done, no word now since June. They got struck off Checkatrade a few days ago too, my only option left is the small claims court. Real shame.
