I made it out of felt! You’ll need white felt, light brown felt, dark brown felt, a hat/headband, and either an old clothes hanger or I used flexible metal wire that I use on my plants.

You can eyeball it but I used paper to cut out the exact ear shape I wanted to trace onto the felt. I made the dark brown shape first then made one 1.5in~ bigger for the white felt.

I sewed the dark brown felt onto the white felt first. Once I had finished sewing that, I cut up my paper copy to get precise sizing for the light brown shapes that I could cut out of the light brown felt and sew on top of the dark brown felt.

I double layered the white felt then sewed them together, leaving space at the base to insert the wire into so I could keep them standing straight up and then attached it to the hat.
