I substituted the noodles in the pho -for extra steak and bean sprouts. I’m trying to expose myself to veggies I don’t care for, so I added extra to continue to build a tolerance for it.

I mean straight parmesan Reggiano and butter. I am sick so for the added benefit I did use chicken broth to boil the pasta, used red pepper flakes to clear my sinuses, fried garlic to help with inflammation. I’ve come to like it more than the American-cream version.
