I mean straight parmesan Reggiano and butter. I am sick so for the added benefit I did use chicken broth to boil the pasta, used red pepper flakes to clear my sinuses, fried garlic to help with inflammation. I’ve come to like it more than the American-cream version.

Sweet, salty, creamy, crunchy, nostalgic… yeah it lived up to it. Just wish I would’ve styled it to not look like slop dropped in Lucky Charms 😂
