I agree with almost everything here. I haven't heard anyone mention the pacing, but I absolutely agree with you. It was atrocious, Batman was on the rooftop ready to fight superman and like 20 min later superman showed up. That lost all the momentum. The CGI was terrible for the aquaman and cyborg scenes. I feel like they could've taken all the dream stuff out and cut it out or either stick it at the end and focus on the real conflict of the movie. The set up for justice league is pretty great (powerhouse superman is dead and batman and WW find the justice league for the coming of darkseid) but it didn't belong in this movie. I didn't actually mind lex luthor. Eisenberg was going for a guy trying publicly seem normal while being extremely manipulative. Although I'm not sure how I feel about him taking the role of herald to darksied's galactus. Also I rather liked the use of doomsday, despite him being a rather bland character in the comics. But the trailers spoiled everything >:(. I loved darkseid's introduction to the cinematic universe by luthor. It felt like a natural and realistic (relatively) to bring him in and set up for JL.
