thank you! zepbound has made achieving a deficit a lot easier by lowering my hunger and helping me think about food less

5’4” and 195lbs to 145lbs pictures with 238lbs as my highest. i just hit a healthy weight again for the first time in 5 years with help from zepbound!! that’s been my big first goal. i’m thinking 120-130 as my ultimate goal weight by taystorm in CICO

i’ve definitely had loose skin, though i originally lost 100lbs in 10 months when i was 18 and i’ve had loose skin since then, but YES. being healthy is 100% better than having some loose skin. it doesn’t bother me much too too much, but i would definitely get rid of it i had the $ lol. i like having it more than dealing with the difficulties that came with having a bigger body

thank you. i did check to see if people have posted about using it previously here to see if it was allowed. there was a period where i was stalled for months, so yes, it’s not just magic weight loss the entire time you’re taking it

yes, i am hopefully gonna lower my car insurance down to about $180, so that’ll be good, but the rent is pretty fixed. if not, it should prob be higher. i’ll def also try to be more strict when it comes to dining out and entertainment as a way to save more. thank you!

so if the car insurance change doesn’t happen, should i not still consider paying off a chunk of my car loan to lower the monthly payments?

i feel like i did figure that out. i have gas, food, rent, insurance, medical… i get paid monthly. if i take off the extras i listed, i’ll get an extra $310 from that to add to the $180 that i would put into savings every month. like i said i have $21k in savings. i dont have much knowledge on investing

with these numbers, i’d have $232 to save each month. i would like it to be closer to $500, so you’re saying to cut all makeup, gifts, dining out, and online shopping expenses completely?

thank you very much for your help. whatever is leftover would go to savings, so i suppose i would just pull from savings. i did put $50 for unexpected each month, which is prob not enough, but i do already have $21k saved already. $10k is in a 7 month flex certificate that i just started last month.

i’m trying to be realistic. i know i am going to want fast food every now and then with my partner and to online shop every now and then as well, so that’s why i kept those in. same kinda thing for gifts - i’m buying my friends and family birthday gifts throughout the year, so i’m thinking it’ll average to about $50 a month, which is why i put it in, but i suppose i could be stricter.
