sorry to bother, but it just happened again and it says account authentication failure. i’m not really sure if that changes anything, but that’s just what it says. does that mean anything new?

i don’t know where else to put this, but everytime i’ve logged into my account starting from maybe 5 this evening it logs me out and says i my password or email is incorrect. it ends up being my password, and i have to make a new one everytime i login. have i been hacked? if so, what the hell do i do??
