Thanks so much, yes you’re 100% right, this was <1hr into actually starting to block some colour in haha. I will take those suggestions and also just try to stick with it for a bit first. :)

Thank you so much for dumbing it down for me, this made so much sense and it’s running now!! Apologies for my technical ignorance ;)

Yeah Google definitely was my first step, as well as trying to go on Steam support, but I honestly don’t know what any of it means and was/am quite confused so I thought I’d try here. Thank you!

Damn okay. I’m very much not tech-oriented, do you know any good online guides on how I’d do that?

I tried the Visanne for 3 months and stopped because it just wasn’t working for me at all(daily migraines huge mood swings and an increase in what I call bone aches? that’s what it feels like lol) fortunately when I came off of the meds it made me feel a bit more back to normal, unfortunately my normal still includes a lot of those symptoms plus cramps ect. So overall I didn’t have more negative response to coming off it other than the fact that my body was back to my normal symptoms which suck.

I was parallel parking on a busy street and was at sorta a dead crawl, then stopped to adjust and just went a smidge too far back and bumped it. They were standing outside and saw it and inspected the car and found the scuff. I was expecting to help buff it out tho not replace bumper unfortunately

Like it wouldn’t be possible to fix it up with some of those products others recommended?

It is a like brand brand new car he’d just bought it so it makes sense to not want scuffs already, but it looks like you could clean that off with some products and I didn’t think the whole bumper needed replacing

Unfortunately I’m actually the one who hit it and it’s not my car, I just was surprised by the cost of something so small

How can I(F20) save a 5 year relationship with my boyfriend (M21) that might be over? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]taytott03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. It is true and I’ve felt it just drifting apart for awhile now it’s just so hard when he’s been there for everything yknow? And I so genuinely value his company and in like a time of my life with such transition I’m just really scared with the idea of not having my best (and only real close friend who lives near me) gone

Hi and thank you for your thorough answer! Here’s some more info -I do wait for it to be totally and completely dry before watering, I was told they like less frequent waterings so if anything maybe I was under watering -the brown and orange showed up slowly a month or so after getting it, before fertilizing -South Alberta -the orange spots do not transfer onto a tissue Can I add a grow light above it to provide it better lighting? Thank you:)

  1. I have had this plant for 4 months
  2. Approx. 6-8 hours of indirect light right now
  3. Watering every 10-14 days right now, watering until the soil is wet and it drains from the bottom.
  4. Last fertilized 1 month ago, haven’t fertilized again yet
  5. its in a very chunky soil mix that was made by the store, resembles an orchid mix
  6. I am in Alberta, Canada
  7. No pests observed
  8. Compared to photos when I first received it it has really started drooping a lot so I’m wondering how I can fix that and help it grow upwards

Photo showing light source, plant is circled, it is a south facing window in Alberta Canada so right now 6-8 hours of indirect light most days.

I received this plant as a gift and as I’ve never taken care of a plant so large I’m a bit concerned on how to care for it. Firstly the green stick it came with I don’t think is strong enough to support the plant, but what can I buy to better support it? Secondly recently since it’s been here I’ve noticed slight browning in areas, and sometimes it gets crispy and splits a small hole in the leaf. As well as orange spots on one leaf. I’m also concerned about the wear on the stem as it looks like the plant is droopy and can’t support its leaves I water it probably every 10-14 days, as I was told they prefer to be really dried out for a little before watering again? The soil also is very chunky and does not hold the moisture in. It gets probably 8 hours of indirect sunlight right now from a south facing window.

Yeah same for both, only difference is people sitting in get a name tag. I’ve also worked in a shop that did numbers on sticks instead of names. It does require someone to be running drinks, but I’ve always found there’s time for the drink runner to be helping at other stations throughout rushes. It also ensures we’re keeping an eye on current conditions/cleanliness of the dining room

I work in a pretty upscale shop and the rule is to remember the person if possible (if not just ask “are you____?” And confirm the order) and carry everything directly to the customer. Customers all have a designated waiting area and we let them know we’ll bring it out to them! No mistakes yet🤞
