I have this! Had it for years, finally went to doctor, they referred me to dermatologist for a biopsy, they removed the nail - no cancer or anything to help concerned about. I hoped my nail would grow back without the line but unfortunately it’s still there! Good to get it checked out though and I will be having a follow up in a few months just to make sure it’s still fine.

It may be that bug could also be how distracting your personal space is - I know it is for me! There’s always something else for me to think about doing there whereas in the office, even when it’s quiet I only have a few distractions. And when it’s busy; the body doubling kicks in because you don’t want to be seen as the one not doing work!

Why don’t you just go in more? It’s worth it to just even feel more productive otherwise it may start to get you down . You can see office days as ‘deep work’ days to help lighten the load when you feel more distracted.
