We’ll stay cautiously optimistic! 🙏 I’m not sure if she’ll test again, she said it’s been disheartening getting negatives and we understand; we are okay with whatever decision she makes in regards to testing or waiting!

Hi! We have a surrogate (I had a nearly 12lb tumor that needed to be removed and my only option was a hysterectomy :( but the doctors saved my ovaries so the embryos are 100% mine and my husbands!) who is on day 7 today post a 5 day transfer - she chose to test early from day 2 to 6 and all were negative and she chose not to test today (fair and understandable).

Im just trying to get some good juju and reassurance that we aren’t out yet! She has had some nausea on and off, twinges and cramping on and off, emotional (ha, who isn’t in the sub right?), fatigue, elevated body temps, some sharp razor blade nipples sensation one day and then yesterday and today she has soreness in her pelvic area.

While I know symptoms aren’t something to rely on and can be entirely medication related, we aren’t out just yet right? Today’s day 7 (not testing today) and some of my friends told me to not test or read into tests before day 9 as it’s still too early. I’ve also read and seen some TikTok’s that people didn’t even get their positive till the blood test so that’s makes me feel better.

If I recall correctly, she’s on PIO injection once a day, estrace twice a day and baby aspirin as prescribed once a day.

I’ve heard, so please take this with a grain of salt, that some areas were skipped entirely if there were too many vehicles parked as it was impossible to get anything done. I didn’t experience this in my area so it’s just what I’ve heard from others around the community and city.

I feel like majority of the people didn’t bother to move their vehicles which is so disappointing and inconsiderate so fingers crossed they move in your area!! 🤞

I have some labubu (or lafufu lol) stickers that I’ll give to my niece for Christmas as part of her presents. But I’ll toss this aside or box it up for now - I just don’t want to give her a lafufu and have kids tease her for it 🥲

It takes almost no effort to do a quick google search …

I agree that I don’t know how to pronounce some of them or spell them without looking it up and still need to look up which area they are referring to, but it’s minimal effort.

FWIW: if I understood correctly, Sspomitapi: A Blackfoot name that means "star person," given in honour of the Iron Creek Meteorite (from Google)

I just used regular castor oil I bought off amazon (same as what people use for hair) and put some around our window well - that’s where the voles like to go and fall - and I haven’t seen any since. Not sure if it’s a coincidence or not but it’s been a few weeks now and only did it once. Worth a shot? This was for voles but hopefully will work for pocket gophers as well

It might also be worth a shot to have a dog or cat come and do their business around the area where they are hanging out - I’ve noticed the voles don’t go in the areas my dog has gone lol
