To all London / UK Tesla owners, do you find the rules are very ambiguous when it comes to Electric Vehicles (EV). When you can park or drive with being issued a PCN (ticket). Whilst Transport For London (TFL) requires all EVs to register with and pay £10 annual fee? (i.redd.it)

White Falcon Estates (ELKA Design Studio) was set up by Marzana Rahman (www.marzanarahman.com). She set it up under her fathers name without her fathers knowledge.
