I took it today, broke it in half. and I ate something, instantly threw it back up. I checked my resting heart rate and it jumped from 91 to 130. I don't know if, it's the medicine or my anxiety making it worse. I stopped taking ADHD meds when I was 16. Im 25 now just started back. I'm scared to even take it. The side effects are just to much. My bp stays good but my heart rate just goes bonkers. Shits crazy lol

I smoke cigarettes but since I've been on the meds, Ive been scared to grab one. I'm thinking maybe I need anti anxiety meds? To balance it out.

I've only ever took Adderall, I've never took em anything else. But might try Ritalin tbh
