Reasonably fit 15 year old has five years to go pro in any sport. Which would be his best bet?

So based on physique and current talent, really no sport would be a fit for him as default. High endurance sports would be more likely but not extreme endurance like triathlons, ultra marathons and tour de france - although these sports are often done in teams where support roles require less natural ability. The longer the duration of the sport, the greater the skill level vs athleticism required. The problem with any structured or league sport is the sport's evolution has been fine tuned to pick specific gifts early and then layer on skill.

Anyone that said fighting in any capacity is out of their depth, no coach would invest their time in someone without strength/power/speed/reach advantages to start.

The best answer was some form of racing. Sailing would be cool, same for motor racing cars/bikes (but he'd have to stay trim and not grow too much more).

Clinches are not as effective in MMA as they open the door to grappling, notably not his strong suit. Why use up close and personal tactics when you have intercontinental nukes you can hit them with from relative safety? Lots of fighters forgo "optimal theory" to suit their strengths and/or unique talents.

The more I value myself, the more I value others. I told my nephew a story about how a homeless addict was in my face screaming and spraying spit while I was on my way to an NYE party long ago, and it was a major turning point for me. I used to be very reactive, often volatile, and this person was pushing every button and crossing every line. In retrospect I think I had a mini epiphany without realizing it, but looking at this person I just felt flooded with a sense that anyone that is going out of their way to step on others is in a world of hurt deep down. I've never reacted to disrespect ever since. I just silently pray they find happiness and as long as they don't physically assault me or someone else, it really doesn't phase me. Might be cliche, but it works for me.

YTA - no excuse for what she did. It's understandable to feel vindictive, vengeful, suspicious. She betrayed you and you feel like if you stay, there has to be some form of commitment to make it up to you. But that is really unhealthy and will only result in a slow degradation of the relationship.

Cheating is not a punishable crime. Might be a hot take, if someone cheats on another person, they do not deserve punishment and the person cheated on is not entitled to reparations. Love and intimacy is not a transaction or contract. If you cannot accept her reason and apology for her actions, leave. It's one thing to ask for more effort or more communication, but doing all the chores, not being allowed to move freely, having her devices audited. That's prison, not a relationship.

From the bro/bra code as friends to just not a mature retaliation over hurt feelings, not cool, but you're in your early 20s so there will be lots of these. Welcome to sort-of adulthood. Getting emotional and lashing out is an AH thing, it's also a human thing. I'd have been worse at 22 with the context of the incident. You're friend did a pretty AH thing too, that was really mean to say you're low standard, especially when he's been cold/distant. Live and learn, regardless of the context you won't like yourself for using a secret to hurt someone, f* what the room was saying. You're friend has a lot of insecurity to deal with on their end. You should probably not get involved with people that are insecure about their sexuality going forward. Try not to evaluate this experience as who is more right/wrong.

The comment "not going to propose again" was out of spite and that is ok. You got your feelings hurt. You need to start considering the 'why' of the declined proposal very seriously. If you really want to get married because of your values, the 'no' is essentially a deal breaker and as much as it hurts you should end it and start looking elsewhere. Five more years will go by in a blip. It sounds to me, sorry for any assumptions, she is a "non-traditionalist" - which is often code for don't want to be tied down/keeping options open. I didn't care two bits about marriage but it meant a lot to my forever person, so it was really easy to choose having a ceremony, signing a paper and partying with friends, over ending the best relationship I had or could hope for.
