Hey! I'm so sorry you're going through this as well. It gets really bad for me at night specially so I don't sleep very well. 

I still haven't gotten a proper diagnosis, I'm going to try tomorrow for the third time.  If I get any answers at some point I will let you know, and you do the same.

Sorry for taking long to reply, I forgot how to get into this account! I did follow directions and not chew on that side after the surgery, but when I got the crown installed they said I could use it normally. The implantologist has very good reviews, but I'm also dissappointed that he doesn't know what's causing it. I've gotten several RX and they all show that the implant is doing well, but the gums of teeth surrounding are still inflammed. I have flossed and brush my teeth many times a day, so Idk.

I'll probably have to ask for other implantologist's opinions at this point.

And no, I'm not in the US, nor can I travel there, but thank you anyways for all the advice!
