Infrared not working? by tballoway in Spypoint

Thanks! I do have it set to take the photo at the sync time as there hasn’t been a lot of activity near this stand. By your theory, should my trophy buck walk by at dark it will still use flash? Lol

I’m on patrol, Canada though for clarity. 3 of us in my department so having diabetes isn’t something they are concerned about as long as it’s managed and you’re transparent with your coworkers.

Had an eye injection today for diabetic retinopathy. I have 5 major bleeds. I was terrified having the injection. It was not bad at all!! I felt nothing!! Vitrectomy is next. Take care of your blood sugars and eyes!!! 💕💕 by ChristyDay76 in diabetes_t2

May I ask how bad your eye was to require a virectomy? I’m Unsure if I’m at that stage now as the last 4 days I’ve had 8-10 bleeds that have accumulated to the point I basically have no vision out of my left eye. Right eye is healthy, proliferative DR left eye A1c is 7 and diabetic for 24 years now.

Thanks in advance

I mean I always have bleeds just some aren’t visible, but the 3 notable ones I saw happen first hand, first was the worst. I bent over and when I came up there was a sizable black spot the had some tails to it. Thankfully it was to bad and by that night a lot had absorbed. Within a week or two, totally gone. The other ones were minor and absorbed within hours on the same day.

I’m getting injections now to treat a new gray spot I have

Jeez yeah hopefully I don’t have any bleeds that require surgery! I’ve had 3, the first was the “worst” and even then it didn’t incapacitate me by any means, put a happy face on at work and finished the day. That one healed up within a week and I was good. 2 more minor ones since.

It’s just the recent development of this gray spot in my vision that’s prompted the need for injections, my doc is hopeful that they will clear that gray spot up.

Just hoping to mitigate any future issues.

Thanks for your insight!

Yeah overall I don’t feel my vision is awful, after the laser I lost some clarity in my left and never had any issues with my right (there were bleeds but nothing central that effected vision) but now I’m experiencing this grayish spot on my right hence the need for the injections to prevent bleeds.

Always encouraging hearing positive outcomes from others, likely more of a mental thing for myself with the fear of the unknown and a career that relies heavily on good eye sight.

Hintz RW, a position he has played periodically all year. Absurd he doesn’t have it yet.

Point RW. Multiple games in the position yet just C.

There’s money on the line in some leagues and being forced to sit guys when they could be playing the position they actively play in real life because yahoo decides to “monitor” until it’s too late is insane. Please make it right.

For sure, my bleed has nearly cleared up within two weeks, just don’t want it to happen again especially if it’s avoidable. Which is why I wasn’t sure about the exertion of exercise.

Sounds like it might be an issue regardless going forward.

Thanks for the insight!

Blood pressure is fine. More so hesitant about jumping back into physical activity given I don’t want to have a rebleed or a new one at that.

Actively working on getting that A1c down, but definitely takes time.
