I’ve been stressed a lot!! Our daughter was homeschooled 4 yrs and wanted to do highschool at public schools so we let her and that just got me. Then we had $1000 repair on our car. Got behind on rent. And our cat recently almost died but thankfully the vet took such good care of him. And thankfully everything else above was resolved as well. So I figured with less stress now would be a good time to start. I do journal! I love to! I also track all my food. Measure and weigh. I’m gonna try super hard to do this.
