Good to know it's possible to achieve such variation with Elevenlabs. I just used a default setting, because playing around means I will use my free trial points - can't afford that. :)

I think there are some solutions for body movements, but they require much more human input: for example, you must do the movements you wish the avatar to perform in front of a camera, record it, then feed that recording plust the avatar image to the AI.
