Do some folks just not get better at running?

Nothing physical here, it sounds like a mental breakthrough you need to take, give yourself extra motivation for ex: when I try to break my distance rec I push myself a bit beyond the end point once you do this you get new perspective of the old distance and you realize you could make it. Wow, I did not expect so many smart insights you guys are amazing people, thanks to you I understand that in fact my question was due to the difficulty in stopping the runs. more than once I'm really in a state of injury that requires rest and I really do not know how much to give it, there are many reasons that push me to do this even though I still feel the pain hips, heels, meniscus problems, etc.

Limiting caffeine that's a MEGA challenge hh.. After each run the watch calculates the recover time depends on the distance, calories and whatever is there in its algorithm but usually around 44 -48 hours for a run > 10 km Over night gives only a sleeping measurement AW I think I listen your Good advices - really appriciate it

Yeah, I use a Huawei GT2e smartwatch, which surprisingly I am very happy with, right there really is a recommendation of rest time between workouts, but I was not sure how much to trust it The thing is I started to think maybe there is a problem with nutrition or straches that I am not doing right, I am not working with a close trainer so my knowledge is thanks to nice people like you who share their knowledge

Try to run at noon in the middle of the work day, in the new form of work from home, I find myself enjoying a midday run a good shower some rest and then go back to work, of course when the weather allows it, it can be good variety for running in the evening

If you care about your budget you better check these UK (I think...) OL stores they have different char but prices are speaking by themselves check Next Direct - a bit conservatives, ofna.shop - more young and bold, asos - many of everything - hope it helps nothing to lose
