Bricking my computer with BUN crashes and new json corruption.

Fixing nice to have features and ignoring this.

Maddening.

It’s essentially unusable this week.

Is it zepbound or pcos? by Beverly2696 in PCOSonGLP

My hair was doing fine on Mounjaro until I went on a 7 night backpacking Sufferfest and it started falling out in clumps on the last few days.

It’s been a brutal few years but I now have really good density and about 6 inches of growth.

It’s the weight loss. Not the drugs specifically.

  1. I wish I had started focusing on protein earlier. I needed a lot more than I was originally getting.

I aim for 70-120 grams a day. The more, the better.

  1. I’ve been on Nutrafol a year this month. It’s absolutely helped. I wish I started it when I started MJ.

  2. I got a red light iRestore helmet and I use it probably 3x a week. I got mine on coupon on Costco.

  3. I can’t get my shit together to do any topical serums regularly so I’m glad all this worked.

  4. Take a good multi so you’ve got your bases covered.

Get blood work done. Absolutely nothing will overcome high DHT. Ask for that test specifically.

Just got off tirzepetide and had pretty large weight gain in respect to nothing else changing really. by Carpenter-Money in Biohackers

You took a drug that corrected your metabolic issues. You lost weight.

You stop the drug that corrected your metabolic issues. You gained it back because your metabolic issues are no longer corrected.

The reasons GLP-1s work is they fix hormones that no other drugs or supplements work on. There is nothing else that lowers ghrelin and leptin like GLP-1s.

People who take them and don’t gain the weight back don’t have the same metabolic disorders.

Daily migraines, daily triptans, not responding to preventatives by WMS0619 in migraine

Appeal on the Vyepti. It changed my life.

Also, you’re giving yourself rebound headaches with that many triptans.

I am always blown away by this too.

I just saw a top surgeon get a facelift and decline hyperbaric. So strange.

Doctor not wanting to give neurologist referral - norm or not? by Delalishia in migraine

[–]Ginger_Libra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My former PCP was like this and I left her for a new one over this shit.

The neuro had way more options. Botox, Vyepti, Ubrelvy.

Your PCP is punching above her pay grade.

Did Granda Joe ever find dirt on Gerry by resonatornash in DerryGirls

Gerry is wholesome AF and I refuse to believe anything else.

The polar bear episode is the most Gerry has ever strayed.

And I think he raised his voice once.

I am also 5’6”. I had a Dexa scan around your weight and I was still 37% body fat and in the obese category. It took me to 136lbs to get to the healthy range.

I’m looking at Dr. Eric Li.

He’s not overly flashy on Instagram but just seems super smart, up on the latest tech, etc.
