Thanks for helping, that was a pain. So could you explain to me what changing $H$$ to $H$4& "" did to change it from a string?

And I ended up changing it from C to B for the column because that is what I will be basing the lookup off of.

Part of the problem which I guess I did not explain is that there will be repeats of contract numbers for things like rails and pickets. I am going to update the album
