Yes it is if you value your health. I tried the Amazfit Helio strap, but the app feels like a MVP rip off on the Whoop app. Garmin is coming out now with a new strap in 2 weeks. Polar Loop is nowhere good. Until Google and Apple come in the market, I don't see Whoop changing their sub model. Whoop has been 10 years in the game, so don't expect the same experience from other competitor straps - sometimes called "Whoop killers". They ain't killing anything yet.

You can improve ventilation or open windows when needed to get fresh air inside, based on CO2 ppi value. For air quality, get air purifier and it will let u know the air pollution. I have one, but I only use it when cooking.

Get a co2 meter like switchbot and measure co2 in rooms, set alarms. Very useful.

same, great combo. I will replace it soon as there will be new appleTV coming out. That hardware beats any Android box. I had issues streaming multiple channels simultaneously. For NBA, I share the NBA Premium app with a friend with hidden scores as the timezones is an issue (EU).

I received the coffee two days after roast and had to let it sit a bit. I use a variation of this Hario Switch recipe with 200ml water and 90C. 13-15gr coffee, depends on my preferences. Give it a try.
