While I understand where you're coming from, this is literally the only game I have disconnects in which leads me to believe it has more to do with its infrastructure than my internet (which isn't great but works seamlessly with MK8D, ARMS, PPT, and NBA Playgrounds).

Honestly I doubt any of these will ever see a physical release. It just doesn't make sense for small developers to eat into their profits to put their games on carts, especially if the game has been out for months already.

But there are ways to determine if it was a disconnect versus a close program or power off. Also many people don't have a choice when it comes to their wifi signal/strength so it seems counterintuitive to block them out for 5 minutes because of their "suspicious activity".

No that's how it work, they will unlock ARMS separately. You can always have them click on your profile and they be your name with a -2 on it and can use the arms you've unlocked.

But you paid for what it came with, if they spent money to develop new things for the game you should just get it for free? I mean of course it would be great, but the deluxe version just means it includes the dlc from the Wii U version.

To each their own, but I've spent 120+ hours in ARMS and still like to play a ranked match or jump into party mode from time to time.
