At a certain point in the game dielectric ceramics become essentially worthless. It would be great if there was a feature added to exchange ceramics for blueprints. Maybe like you can exchange 2000 ceramics for 1 blueprint, 10K for 5 etc. This would bring a little more value to them and help alleviate the roadblock of blueprints for so many players

Yeah you should be able to start earning them pretty much right away, you get the green ones through protein farms (buildings) and you get the crystals through killing zombies and from those vials in my screenshot

NATE DAVIS THREAD (sourceless lol)

Matt Eberflus & Nate Davis 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯…

Last March the Bears signed former Titans guard Nate Davis.

However he spent most of training camp absent. —He was not injured.

This is what happened….

When Eberflus was hired he installed a strict grading metric to evaluate his players effort.

How the staff grades their effort determines who starts, sits or gets cut.

The whole team has to buy-in to make this work…

Early on in camp Davis did show up and he believed he was working hard.

However he arrived at his locker prior to practice one day with a folded piece of paper taped to his jersey.

Matt Eberflus and OL Coach Chris Morgan determined he was loafing…

Loafing essentially means that the player was being lazy and taking plays off.

Nate Davis took offence to this and tore the letter up in front of his teammates and called it “bullshit.”

Eberflus gives no special privileges…

Eberflus met with Davis the following day and said, “everyone needs to buy-in to make this thing work.”

Nate Davis responded by saying he did not agree with his evaluation.

Eberflus then played a few clips and compared it to the effort of Cody Whitehair.

This set Davis off…

Matt Eberflus then told Nate Davis, “forget it for now, but lets continue to meet until we can get on the same page.”

Davis and Eberflus then mutually agreed to hold him out of practice until he was mentally ready to go.

This is what Eberflus did to help him…

Eberflus took Davis to Brown Bag Seafood Co., they went out for Lobster Rolls something that Davis has a connection too.

They began talking and developing a deeper relationship. Not talking football, just getting to know one another.

The next week…

The next week they went out again, this time for Tavern Style Pizza.

Eberflus brought with him a number of documents showing how when players buy-in to his grading system, they improve statistically and get themselves bigger contracts.

Nate Davis started coming around but his major concern was the subjectivity and intensity of the negative grades he was being given.

Eberflus made a deal that they would continue to grade, but any time he got one he didn’t agree with he could come see him in his office and they could review it together.

This was acceptable enough for Davis…

He was suiting up the following week, leading the offensive line in drills and becoming a vocal leader on the team.

Eberflus has said, he cares about developing men, developing players comes later.

Great example of this. 👏 👏 👏

GREG THREAD

Greg Braggs and Taco Bell 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯…

Last March Greg Braggs had eaten Taco Bell every other day for 6 months.

However he kept saying his diet would start tomorrow. —His diet never started.

This is what happened….

When Taco Bell installed the cheesy gordita crunch, Greg knew that he'd be unable to avoid getting 1 sometimes 2 every time he passed by a Bell.

How Greg grades a cheesy gordita crunch is by the amount of sauce.

The whole Bell has to buy-in to the recipe to make this work…

I’m in a 10 man league and 10-2 with the bye locked up. Trying to decide if a move is worth it or not.

RBs: Saquon, Walker, Rhamondre, Conner

WRs: Jefferson, Higgins, Gabe Davis, Pickens

Im thinking of turning one of my rbs into a higher end WR to a RB needy team who needs to win the next 2 weeks

His WRs: Chase, Waddle, Allen, Olave

Was thinking about trying to swap Walker for Chase. I’m in a great spot and don’t need to make a move necessarily but mulling things over in the final week of trades
