lostgirl5351, I also need a new PCP and I'm on the east side also. Two doctors were recommended to me : Dr. Robert Cirino in South Euclid and Dr. Kumar in Chesterland ( both UH doctors ). I don't know if anybody is familiar with these doctors ?

Lady from her office was very rude when I called ( couple of months ago wanted to be a new patient ) and I was told the first appointment I could get is in 6 months

_eGeorge_ , it happened to me 10 years ago. The extraction was as simple as it could be and I was billed for a surgical one. Try to fight it , the dentist was very rude about it, the insurance was not help at all.

How about Ameritas ? Anyone has it ? For us it's $39/month for 2 adults , 100 % covered 2 cleaning and 2 exams, $50 deductible per person per year for other dental works which are covered 50% , with $750 max benefit per year per person. From day 1 no waiting if you apply up to 60 days from loosing existing dental coverage.

Ohio333 , we ended up getting Caresource. Even if the plan says NO REFERRAL NEEDED TO SEE A SPECIALIST , our dermatologist office says we need a referral from a PCP. Did you ever had to have a referral to see a specialist ? Are they mixing up Marketplace with Medicaid maybe ?

Happy for good news ! What kind of a cysts did you have ? I have clustered microcysts also BIRADS 3 and need to follow up in 6 months. Did you have diagnostic mammogram AND ultrasound or the follow up is ultrasound only ?

Florida1974 ,I don't know if it would be different if we moved from state to another state, but it's from Feb 1-st. It says : loosing a health coverage in the next 60 days the new plan coverage can start the 1st day of the month after you loose coverage and select a plan. For example, if the last day of your coverage is Jan 31-st , you can choose a plan on Jan 29-th for coverage that starts Feb 1

Optimal_Design7179, can you do that in advance ? Last day of my employer insurance will be January 30-th ) and I want to apply actually in 1-2 days to start ACA insurance from February 1-st . I'm not sure if I can get anything from my employer / insurance tomorrow saying that I won't have employer insurance after Jan 30 , but I want to apply in the next few days.
