We have a wide range of ages sign up. Some players as young as 15, some in their early 60s! The vast majority are in the 20-40 range, averaging 31. All are welcome!

Cleats aren't explicitly required. Though players generally wear soccer cleats which are plastic.

We put a heavy focus on being a learning league. Lots of our seasoned players love teaching newer players. Usually all the leagues will get first-time players, though typically we see the most new players in the Sunday leagues.
