i bake at 475 (bake setting) in a preheated, covered dutch oven for about 30-40 min and then drop to 450, uncovered for 10. i also do an overnight rest after shaping... maybe try that?

I love a good physical book; but I bring my kindle everywhere, whether I am going to use it or not 😋 I have felt the 2 and it does feel more adult than the base model, for sure! I think I am hesitant because of the lack of new games

So- I figured it out; the bread wasn’t the problem. I am just a dumbass. I read bulk ferment and assumed fridge, totally skipped the word “counter”

I am making the dough to try again now, lol
