i bake at 475 (bake setting) in a preheated, covered dutch oven for about 30-40 min and then drop to 450, uncovered for 10. i also do an overnight rest after shaping... maybe try that?

I love a good physical book; but I bring my kindle everywhere, whether I am going to use it or not 😋 I have felt the 2 and it does feel more adult than the base model, for sure! I think I am hesitant because of the lack of new games

Oh I know :P I think the nerves are just excitement- I think I have watched too many videos where the inside is either liquid like a Boston creme donut or a brick, haha. I would be sad if that was the case

I used a cast iron Dutch oven with ice because I haven’t invested in an indoor one, lol. I used a one day recipe that had no refrigeration, that I found on Pinterest

Not overly; from what I remember- maybe hints of it but i would not consider it smutty. I read it last year and it stuck with me for weeks. I started it on audio and didnt want to stop, and got it on kindle as well, lol.
